Currently Waiting for I-130 for Spouse
Just sharing my timeline for those who may be on the same boat. I’m from Seattle and my spouse from Mexico. Case was assigned to Texas according to my receipt, but in an email response a few months later said my case is in Vermont. I did receive a notice update in December that my case is being actively reviewed and there is nothing outstanding at this time. *No expedite #I-130

July 1, 2021: priority date originally in Nebraska later transferred to Vermont Without Notification December 9, 2021 : actively being reviewed by USCIS U.S. citizen petitioning husband in Mexico

My case was in the Texas and transferred without notice to Vermont center then nothing update after that. filled in August 16 -2021 for my spouse overseas. hopefully soon will get review my case .

Dear @Sam R don't be discouraged. you will get approval notice very soon. However, you can as well consider the k3 application. it is free - and I can boldly say it helps speed up the whole i-130 review.
