but agent told me that I can submit another expedite only 7 days after receiving denial, and some peple said they've been waiting for the expedite decision more than a month, so uscis just wants us to do nothing while we're loosing our jobs🤦‍♀️ can't they issue approval/denial in time at least

They gave me a request number that starts with T1B xxx xxxx NSC, no email yet as of now

@AG, when have you submitted your expedite request? They gave me T1B receipt also

what is your PD?

@PMEL PD 9/14/2021 but others have been approved already October and November filers

@RL contacted the live agent on 2/1/2022. I am waiting for their email now. Thats all I can do unfortunately. We need to be on NVC before April 15th or else we will have a problem with AOS as my husband lost his job (he is the petitioner) on 2021
