yes in nebraske yes i did finger prints but they didnt say its updated or shown till now

11 months to wait for it then no news after i did it

they upgrade mine in like 3 months , you should call then ask

i asked my lawyer she said normal and its bc of covid the delay do i have to call or my lawyer ?

Nebraska recieved my 601A in Sept 10, 2021 and Sept 20, 2021 get updated to fingerprints relating to your Form I-601A have been applied to your case. My Lawyer told me it should take between 6-8months to get approved 🤷🏽‍♀️.

it depends a lot, how high is the immigration rate from your home country to the US. Unfourtanely the policies implemented by the last government depleted the immigration system to this country. COVID is not helping either. when I stared the process, it was from 8, to 10 months. In particular someone from my country, in average 3 months. Nowadays 22 to 28 months and unluckily only increasing! The waiting, the uncertainty is devastating.

601, is when u r outside the US. i601A, inside the US.

i601 is done when our side us i601a is to be done inside and u should not travel ousode till its approved.

601 it’s file if your outside USA 601a it’s if you living in USA

That's what my Lawyer told me at the time of sending the package we provided everything they request and proofs that way they don't ask for more. I have seen people waiting a lot because they don't provide enough eveidence that's why they send RFE's and delay your process . I'm inside US I filed 601a that is consular procceding whenl I get approved then I can travel to the US ambessy at my home country

how long take outside USA i 601 any one know about it

around 6 to 9 months. you can check it at the uscis website.

sorry to hear that, in my situation my husband filed his i601a in December 2021 and Feb 1 2022 showed fingerprints were taken

they was able to use my old biometrics from years back I was suprised, they send me leter sayn that! but they updated right away . and they won’t return the money what I paid for biometrics when filed i601a lol

damn I look Everywhere for 601a news and I don’t se nothing positive ! geting so angry , I wish they can just aprove or denied sooner , just stop dragging us for years ! I se ppl waiting 30 months, it’s redicules

anyone have any updates on 601a waiver ? i send it in February 2020 still waiting for approval my case is in nebraska still nothing other than my biometrics on march filled 601a since feb 2020 but no response
