Prosecutorial Discretion and joint motion to Court
I am still in removal proceedings with I-130 approved (immediate relative) due to delays in Immigration Courts. My next Master Hearing has not been rescheduled yet. My attorney has requested Prosecutorial Discretion to OPLA a week ago. I have a few questions regarding this situation:
1) How long does it take for OPLA to grant PD?
2) in case I get granted in PD, Do we still have to wait for the Hearing to be rescheduled in order to close the case and move my case to USCIS?
3) If we have to file a joint motion to terminate removal, how long does this process take to close the case for good?
Please help me out here. Thanks

Hi I am originally from Nepal my husband is US citizen we proceed our i130 petition on July 5 2021..At first case was in California now while inquiring we knew that now our case is in Texas service center..How much does it might take to approve i130..Does anyone have same senario and at how much time you guys got approval mail…Does i130 might approve without request of evidence????
8 months after interview still nothing
did anyone have the same experience of this? interview May 2021 and till now still didn’t hear anything yet even RFE. subimitted couple inquiries but still pending

It's going on 9 months, and nothing. I found out today, the embassy in Manila is not even open for doing visa's. But they cashed my check in about 10 days.

Hi! My original receipt date is June 29 2021, and actively reviewing November 4 2021. Texas SC. I’m overseas and my husband is US citizen. We married, last year May 7th in San Diego, also apply for my son, he is 11 years old. Someone in a similar situation? We see each other every two months, I travel with my B1/B2 visa.

As I have told you before. I requested an expedite for my I-485 wich was approved last December 1st. The same day they sent a RFE asking to mail again the I-693 because there was an error in the one I sent with the I-485. The I-693 was delivered by USPS on USCIS San Juan Field Office in Puerto Rico on December 6th, however the case never updated online to response of evidence was received. I called USCIS and they said I had to wait for 60 days. Today February 1st we arrived to the 60 days and I haven't heard or received anything from USCIS, so I called today and the representative created a request and sent it to the San Juan Field Office. The representative now said that USCIS has 30 days to reply to that request.

I 765 renewal-Tier 2 Agent Call scheduled for tomorrow. Any recommendations? HELP

I have my tier 2 agent call scheduled for tomorrow. I believe the tier 2 agent has direct access to the cases.
Can they tell you how much longer you have to wait for your case to be processed?
Can they check the status of the expedite requests submitted through congressman/ senator?
Any recommendations from your experience with tier 2 agents
