Got approval after 80 days from medicals rfe response date. Same San Juan, PR field office. you might get approved soon. raised sr at 60 days and they responded within 1 weeks and was told to wait 90 days.

so they dont respond by 30 days no more?J E

somebody asked how I found out that my request for expedite was approved. I replied that they sent an email saying the expedite was approved

@Andrea, yes they replied to my request on February 16th asking to wait 120 day more.

well at least do you know if they received your medical ? that’s what I’m worried about

you’re not suppose to send medical unless they’re waiving your interview and they ask for it. unless if you send it without them asking for it, it will delay your case. at the interview it’s faster

@M I he was sent a rfe for Medical exams he was given until May 9 to send them we sent them 2/25

@M I yes that’s what our lawyer told us but our case still hasn’t updated to rfe received on the uscis account that’s why I’m a little worried I do have usps tracking that it was delivered

yeah sometimes they don’t do that you should call them. I had a biometrics appointment and it didn’t even show on my case status

what happen with the interview they sent you ?

yes , my husband interview was waived his case updated to rfe received to green card being processed in the same day
