this is crazy
It's going on 9 months, and nothing. I found out today, the embassy in Manila is not even open for doing visa's. But they cashed my check in about 10 days.

Manila embassy isn’t the one that cashed your check, it’s USCIS because your application will be processed in US first before sending it to the embassy in Manila. hopefully by the time they send the approval to Manila, the embassy would have opened. Have faith
