Is it possible to request expedite of I485?
Hi All,
Our I485 is now 5 months past normal processing (Feb 2020) with I140’approved in September 2020. We have not been asked for medicals yet, but have completed them and are just waiting on the doctor completing the pack so they are ready to submit.
The EAD expired around 2 months ago and I’ve been on leave from work. I have tried four expedite requests to no avail.
Can we request expedite of the I485? Anyhting else anyone would suggest?
I plan on requesting support from a congressman this week.
Biometrics
Hello,
yesterday I did my Biometrics.
In the notice I received it was written that they were only for my I-485 (I filed I-131 and I-765 concurrently)
Last night my status was updated to Fingerprint taken first for my I-131 and some minutes later for my I-485.
For my I-765 there have been no changes so far.
Is this normal? Will I have to take new Biometrics for I-765 in the future?

Hello Lawfully community, the thing here is that I received two forms I-797C. Both were generated the same day. The first form just explains how to create an online account. The service center in this form is Potomac. Now, the second form tells me that their office has recieved my I-130 petition and is in process..This second form has Texas Service Center. So,which processing center is processing my case? thanks in advance everyone.
N400 taking forever in Dallas Office
I got my biometrics done in last June 2021 and after that no updates. After that only I applied for my parents in August 2021 and they got their citizenship approved last month. I'm not sure if their is something wrong with my case or it's lost. I requested for more information but no luck

Prosecutorial Discretion and joint motion to Court
I am still in removal proceedings with I-130 approved (immediate relative) due to delays in Immigration Courts. My next Master Hearing has not been rescheduled yet. My attorney has requested Prosecutorial Discretion to OPLA a week ago. I have a few questions regarding this situation:
1) How long does it take for OPLA to grant PD?
2) in case I get granted in PD, Do we still have to wait for the Hearing to be rescheduled in order to close the case and move my case to USCIS?
3) If we have to file a joint motion to terminate removal, how long does this process take to close the case for good?
Please help me out here. Thanks

Hi I am originally from Nepal my husband is US citizen we proceed our i130 petition on July 5 2021..At first case was in California now while inquiring we knew that now our case is in Texas service center..How much does it might take to approve i130..Does anyone have same senario and at how much time you guys got approval mail…Does i130 might approve without request of evidence????
8 months after interview still nothing
did anyone have the same experience of this? interview May 2021 and till now still didn’t hear anything yet even RFE. subimitted couple inquiries but still pending
