I believe you and I are in a similar situation. I am regularly chatting with Emma and sounds like they are following their processing times posted (10 - 14) months. I would consider myself lucky if I have an approval within the estimated time. let's keep hoping and praying. 🙏 🤲.

Amir, My husband has the account in the uscis, so he checks the status and updates……but not as much as I would like 😅😅. I was wondering, can I create an account myself to also keep track or is there just one per case?

Simple way to access is going on USCIS website and check your status with your Receipt number. I don't believe you can have your own login since your husband has already used his Receipt Number to create an account. The option is for him to add you on his USCIS account just like he would if you guys had an attorney. hope this helps!.

Is the percentage that they calculate based on resolved cases. But it is only calculation of them, in my case what they thougt was not fulfilled.

I am also waiting for I-130 approval from Texas SC. submitted application 26 April 2021, actively reviewing since September 10th. nothing concrete yet.

At 207 days since it was received on July 9th. My case was initially in Texas but found out it moved to Vermont a few months later

We also proceed our i130 in july 5..Initially case was in California but now our case is in Texas..What can we expect??
