no response after
hello everyone, I filled my case in Atlanta GA but my interview was transferred to Alabama in April. did my interview in April 1 and my status changed to interview was completed and my case must be reviewed. I got a RFE to send more documents and Medical, which I sent to them in may… up till now I haven’t heard anything from them. called in November and I was told to give them 120 days to respond to me…. is anyone going through this aswell? pls let me know or give any suggestions on what to do

Do you by chance know how to check the 120 days in the uscis website? I read somewhere that if it stops counting there will be a lot of chance of approval

how did u do to contact them? I have been trying to call them but I think the costumer service over the phone was a robot

I called them I was able to speak with an agent they just told me to wait

I was told a level 2 officer is going to call me on Monday, so I am waiting for that

yeah so a level 2 officer called me today and said they are currently reviewing my case that I will hear from them soon.. will wait till end of the month before I call them again… I’m just tired of waiting my husband is even more tired 😪

@favoured child any news ? my interview was Jan 12 . I sent my Rfe medical January 24 ,nothing since then .
