Is anyone able to provide an update on the processing time for NYC filers? I filed back in Jan 2021, bio in May 2021 and still no interview, no RFE

Approved Expedite Request I-765 (TSC)
I applied for EAD renewal on April 2021. My case falls under the Texas Service Center. It is currently taking anywhere between 11.5 and 13.5 months to get EAD approvals. However, I just got a message saying they approved my request for expedite processing. What does that mean? Also, I don’t remember requesting expedite approval. But I did request my local congressman’s help a couple of months ago in regards to my i140, i765, and i485. I’m so confused. I wonder if they requested an expedite approval. Does anyone know, 1) How long will it take for my card to be produced? and 2) Can I switch employers?
How long this wait
I've seen many asked this question and I'm asking here mostly because I'm very anxious and feel hopeless. We basically tried every possible way to get it faster and none of them works. We expedite twice, first one got rejected in 4 days, second one asked me to fax documents and we did the same day now it's in black hole again. I have a job offer starting in May but I also need to update my name in ssa (by appointment) so I feel time is tighter every day...

I know some will find this as a silly question but I just have to get the opinion of someone else or other persons…I’ve started me vawa case back in march 2020 however at the time I was dating someone from 2018 long story short he was there through the divorce etc now he popped the question and we’ve been discussing me withdrawing my current vawa case but I’m not sure if later on it will affect any new processing that we would submit what do you guys think???
I feel like I’m being held hostage because of this and I can explain myself if it comes down to this but I’d rather stop this abuse case and move on with my life.
Being as patient as I can...
have anybody called after their case status changed to review to find out what the review is all about... how long it's likely to take like I'm aware days, months or even an entire year.... but still want to hear it from USCIS themself... the thing is I made an expedite and it got denied but then the status changed... did they just checked the case and put it aside again? enlightened me please guys... I would really appreciate it...

ead renewal
we got notified today my husbands ead is being produced. after 311 day. we put in expidite with Uscis and never heard back so asked the congressman for help they put in an inquiry 2/22/22 and we received the approval today 4 days after they put in an inquiry for us. it is the 2 year EAD card so doesn’t expire until 2024.
