do not withdraw!!. you’re almost there DONOT get married yet!! wait for your vawa to be approved. if by any chance your new process doesn’t work out you can always file your i485 on the basis of an approved vawa. so at least you have that once your vawa approves I believe it stays that wait and then you file your i485 via marriage base or on vawa. enjoy being engaged don’t rush a wedding.

they’re on December 2019 you’re 5 months the most hopefully. if the vawa don’t work out then fine go marriage base route it’s your decision. and it shouldn’t affect your future process.

Stay on your vawa. It gives u independence and empowers U. You can't really tell the future of this new relationship.

Make sure your new marriage will not turn you down or become abusive too. Because if you withdraw your VAWA and your new marriage doesn’t work, you will solve it on your own

thank you guys…this relationship is definitely not gonna turn into anything violent or abusive I know this for a fact no offense to others but we are from the same culture and we started off as friends It’s one of those things you never saw coming. he’s been nothing but himself from the beginning and the good thing he’s not forcing me to do anything if anything he’s telling me to make the decision and it’s whatever I’m comfortable doing. this man makes me apart of everything he’s doing every document everything I’m apart of it and he was in something similar if not worst than what I went through….life just has a crazy way of showing you yourself in someone else….I had nothing with my ex husband nothing at all each time I tried something it would fail bank accounts he owed the banks money his insurance he wouldn’t let me drive his car the new lease he did it with his brother instead pictures he distroyed them it was just crazy
