Hey guys good morning, my case is Employment based and usually we don’t have interview (EB4) SIJS, should I schedule the i-693 and send it when it is done or should I wait till they ask for it ? (that is what my lawyer says), but I don’t know, I think she wants to delay the process a little, I'm lost I don't know what to do lol

does 1 biometrics apply to all paper work when you file everything concurrently bcuz I only see on the system where it update my i485 to fingerprint received but no update on my EAD as it relates to biometrics. any help with understanding this plz?

K1 fiancé visa adjustment of status applicants?
Is there any recent approvals?
if yes, please mention PD, interview date approval also if you received RFE
We got married after my fiancé entered country in Oct,2021, submitted aos filing in November. Got done with biometrics on December 15th, received RFE because of affidavit of support, submitted response and have not heard anything back yet after uscis receiving the response to RFE.
Any insight on when will it get approved? if K1 visa Adjustment of status starts counting on the day approval of K1 visa or when you submit your I-485?

EAD still not in process
PD is may 24; 2021 for my form I 130, Form I765 and Form I 485. I had my Biometrics July 26, 2021 it's been almost a uear and I still dont have my working permit. I request to expedite my case due to severe financial loss and it's still not in review. is that normal? can I transfer service center? would that speed up the process?
