priority date is the date your application was received by uscis

receipt date is the same as a priority date, if you mean receipt notice date, thats the date uscis processed the receipt notice and issues it

priority date and receipt date is same but only difference is priority date means after your case send to nvc then the visa will be issued.

priority date is when your visa become available -- citizen has no wait date priority for spouse visa for example while green card holders have to wait for their visa to become available. Whereas, receipt date is when the USCIS receive your application
