oh I can do it even if both of us live here? I did some research they say it’s only for spouse outside of the country. well I’ll talk to my lawyer about it and see what I can do

if u are live inside the usa u can't file it .they accept only the spouse live's outside usa

yes your right u can't do it but u can do expedite for your case contact or send letter to congressman or senator

Did you submit I-485? That's the one you should submit if you both live here.

My husband's I-130 is at California since July 2020 and it's still just "receiced". Unfortunately it's the slowest center.

no I did not summit the 485 and the work authorization yet because my husband oath ceremony is next week we waiting on his citizenship certificate to summit everything because I over stayed and currently out of status
