you just have to mail in evidence as the email stated. anything else done is food for denial. you should have a reason why you want to expedite and that's the proof or evidence you have to send.

do you know if I have to submit a cover letter explaining things or just plain evidence and let them decide.?

a cover letter is always a good idea and it has to support your evidence as well. Good luck 🙏🏾
