K1 fiancé visa adjustment of status applicants?
Is there any recent approvals? if yes, please mention PD, interview date approval also if you received RFE We got married after my fiancé entered country in Oct,2021, submitted aos filing in November. Got done with biometrics on December 15th, received RFE because of affidavit of support, submitted response and have not heard anything back yet after uscis receiving the response to RFE. Any insight on when will it get approved? if K1 visa Adjustment of status starts counting on the day approval of K1 visa or when you submit your I-485? Please share, thanks 😊

entered on k1 June 14 2021 got married July 20 2021 AOS pd August 13 2021 BIO done September 15 2021 RFE received October 7 2021 RFE response received by USCIS November 24 2021 interview scheduled February 24 2022 waiting for interview notice in mail NBC FO Philadelphia PA

AOS PD Aug6 biometrics oct 22 RFE submitted nov 1 interview scheduled Jan 21 interview conducted on Feb 22 case approved Feb 23 waiting for the green card right now to arrive

NBC and Cleveland office. usually for Cleveland office, they dont issue ead cuz AOS cases are fast
