Being as patient as I can...
have anybody called after their case status changed to review to find out what the review is all about... how long it's likely to take like I'm aware days, months or even an entire year.... but still want to hear it from USCIS themself... the thing is I made an expedite and it got denied but then the status changed... did they just checked the case and put it aside again? enlightened me please guys... I would really appreciate it...

I think people at Vermont are not doing their job. They just take paycheck and do no work.
When I asked when my case will be approved, they had no definite answer.

vermont center is the worst center ever them suck
Elvis Tavarez cabreraFeb 27, 2022
@sam the people on vermont or uscis chat they never have answers any questions about it.

hi I called them and talked to Emma. when I called I got more information, they said it means what it reads they are actively reviewing my case and it really doesn’t mean anything. when I chatted with a live agent and I asked them about actively reviewed they disconnected my chat. it’s weird how lawfully says it’s an average of 3 days to get approved after actively reviewed but looks like it’s very few that do get approved!

We pay the same fee but people whose cases are at Nebraska get approved in 7 months while we have to wait longer. This is not fair. If we pay the same fee then we must also get the same level of service.
Under Biden USCIS has got worse.

@adiba, you are right... mine says it's an average of 1 day... n some people are waiting for months and even to a year .. thanks for the input guys...

we all are struggling mentally with this waiting but we have to keep praying n be as patient as possible... the time will pass n better days are ahead... we should keep our selves occupied as much as possible...

@Amelia I was being patient before I recieved this notice. getting actively reviewed and not getting approved yet has made me anxious specially when I’m seeing most people get approved the next day 😭
Tired WaitingFeb 27, 2022
that is because their cases are processed at different service center. ours is at Vermont which is the slowest of all.

@Sam I know a girl on here she got hers AR on Friday and approved Saturday. she’s also from VSC. her case already got transferred to NVC 😔
Tired WaitingFeb 27, 2022
is she a LPR or U.S citizen? What is her Priority Date?
Adiba AnjumFeb 27, 2022
she is a usc and pd is sep 20 2021
Tired WaitingFeb 27, 2022
thats the difference. Vermont don't give shit to LPR.
Adiba AnjumFeb 27, 2022
if that was the case I would’ve been accepted already and same with 2-3 other people I saw on here.
Tired WaitingFeb 27, 2022
