honestly the marriage to me seems it wasn’t bona fide and she became pregnant by her real spouse, so all she have to do is give the child the husbands name if she delivers before her interview and if she doesn’t deliver before the interview they may or may not ask about the pregnancy well if they do all both party have to do is pretend it’s the husband bcuz they won’t do a dna. Theb pray uscis doesn’t find out the marriage wasn’t real. This happened to a friend of mines but her marriage was bona fide and she gave the child the husband name after she got through she divorced and change back her child name,

Victory Victory - LOL!!! 🤣 Sashta - your friend shot herself in the foot, in my opinion. the husband has a case for divorce and withdrawal of her GC petition as that pregnancy alone proves that the marriage wasn't real. he would also have a strong case if he said she tricked him to marry her just for the GC, which would add to her troubles with immigration. he could also sue her for it. she's only screwed if the husband decides not to do anything. and for that to happen he must either not know or know but not care. but that still can follow her down the road if he learns of it later and decides to do anything about it at that time. GC and even citizenship can be revoked anytime if they were obtained illegally. fake marriages count as illegal way.
