did they send you one because they didn’t for mine and is crazy they moved from the fast place to slowest area

mine moved today to i thought i was tripping i kept having to delete my cases and making sure that i was seeing what i was seeing i verified my case number on here and it automatically showed potomac it was transferred from nbc

oh ok I asked Emma and told me Potomac but hopefully it is faster and does being pregnant or surgery stuff can request for extipidtion

how did urs change on here I thought u put the location of where ur case is I didn’t know it can change on here I asked Emma on usics I just connected me to a live agent and it did I wonder how urs changed her but didn’t change for me

@jayson i deleted all my cases and re added them again try that or just delete one and re add it and it automatically did it for me because it made me verify my case number when i try and click on to change the service center before adding my case it doesnt let me it says to verify my case number first like im soo confused now i dont even know if my case is at nbc or at potomac

yea I definitely try the did u check on online to see if it also was written there’re when was ur DP I swear Potomac is very slow

no that’s why Is confusing they could at least send us letters to know our cases are being transferred

@jayson i checked my uscis account under documents there is nothing there and my pd is july

July 2021 ask Emma on Monday to make sure

but i think its because i got an update saying that they have taking action on my case but there was nothing ever there to check maybe the transfer was the update im just trying to figure this out

it usually let u choose the center let me try so it will automatically change it if I put the wrong one

@jayson did you put in the case number and then hit verify? you see how its all blank before you put in your case number? i put in my case number then i went to try to change the service center and it tells me i have to verify my case number first and then that part to choose the centers dissapear but then it appears on one of the cases

I don’t see anywhere the days verify is only 3 steps

@jayson only 2 steps pop up for me and where it says enter case number and then you put in the case number then hit verify maybe you have to update the app

sometimes when you ask a live agent they will tell you that your case is in potomac and it means your case is still in PRE PROCESSING thats why they are telling you that your case is in potomac just like mine

what happends after pre processing it goes back to neberaska

did you check your case online? does it say transfered and new office has jurisdiction?

no it don’t say that at all

ok so it’s possible that your case is still Pre processing. coz a lot of live representative will not elaborate whats going on with your case and why its in potomac.

My case was move from Nebraska to Potomac. No notice was given until I contacted USCIS, which they later confirmed. I pray for a speedy approval.
