Case Processing
Interview completed and my case must be reviewed
I submitted my family based green card application on Dec 18 2020. Our interview was completed on Dec 8 2021, with the I-130 approved Dec 9 2021. I received an RFE for the form I-693, which I had submitted with my initial application package on Dec 2020.
I completed a second medical in Jan 2022, sending that completed form to USCIS Orlando Field Office, which was received on Jan 18 2022. My case remains under review. My last enquiry for case outside of normal processing times was my case remains being reviewed by an Officer and to wait up to another 90 days. Is this normal? The I-693 acceptance is the final step and I’m growing concerned.
EB2 NIW Nebraska Where to Track Timeline
quick question please 🙏 I applied NIW EB2 i140+i485 to Nebraska. will my I-485 be sent to my local uscis office in the state where I live? should I track timeline of I485 in the office where I sent my application or the local uscis in the state where I live ?
thanks

Quick question guy's how long it's gonna take for the interview after biometric. I already have my C31 EAD & I did my biometric December 9th 2021. After that no updates till now. It's been a very long journey...

EAD
question by itself
I’m currently working on an EAD I got from OPT. {CO3B} but it will expire march 8th 2022. I’m currently going through the adjustment of status process I have I-765 that’s being actively reviewed {pending} on my form I-797c notice of action says I am eligible for extension up to 180 days past the expiration date on my card. I am confused and want to clarity if I am still eligible for that automatically extend or that’s extend is only for EAD you got for I-485 process ??

Reinstatement F1- I539
I applied for reinstatement in Sept 2020, got my biometrics done in July 2021 (but my case online still shows fingerprint fee received from 2020). I have not heard back from the USCIS after that. The Vermont Service Center is processing my case, and it’s been more than 17 months now.
Is anyone in a similar situation? Would like to know your timeline as well.
Edit: I was told by the live agent that my fingerprints were received on the day that I went for my biometrics appointment. My case status was not updated, but it’s in their systems.

I-130 interview wait time Canada. Filed under spouse GC submitted for change of status -citizen (unsure if updated). Piority Date August 10 2018. NVC case approved June 2021 no interview date yet.
Trying to get an idea of interview timeline or how much longer we will be waiting. We were approved June 2021 and still have not been scheduled for interview after 8 months. Spouse resides in Vancouver, Canada and I LA, USA. Since application has been approved I have become a citizen. Submitted documents of proof but do not look ti be reviewed. We keep getting letter stating interview date to come. This whole process has been a hard slog out piority date was August 2018.
