i don’t know if USCIS processing my EAD ahead of GC even after i’ve interviewed is a good or a bad sign for my GC petition but i’ll take the good news anytime…

Interfiling Medicals - 485 TSC
I have made the decision to Interfile our medicals via our lawyer, prior to being asked via RFE - nothing to lose and we have two signed sealed copies for each member of the family.
I am now 5 months over normal processing for TSC on my 485 and have not had any movement since biometrics were applied in March 2020, so figure is it worth a shot. Every service request response is generic and if I do 'eventually' get an RFE for medicals - god only knows how long it will take them to respond.
Has anyone had any luck attaching their medicals to their file via Interfiling, prior to receiving and RFE?
I will let everyone know if this has any success.

N-400 after interview
I had my N-400 interview for citizenship 5 days ago. I passed both the English and the civics test. The officer said that i passed and everything went well but then he handed my the N-652 notice selecting the first box as (Passed all tests) then on the other section he selection (a decision can't be made at this point). he said it's because he hasn't received all my papers from Nebraska service center and he simply needs all my papers on file to approve it. is that normal? why couldn't he just approve me if i passed all tests. i'm a bit worried.
NOID Timeline
Had my I-485 interview December 2020, got NOID in June 2021, submitted response to NOID in September 2021, no response, no decision up till now. what should my expectation? Because I got information from people that when NOID decision takes too long it will most likely end up in DENIAL.
Although I made a expedite request for my EAD renewal 3 weeks ago and I got approved one week later without any request for evidence for expedite.
Can agents check expedite request status submitted by congressman?
I asked about the status of my expedite request for ead that was submitted by congressman and agent said they don't have access to that information. How else can I check? I asked congressman's office but they just said we're waiting for uscis to reply. My request was submitted 3 weeks ago and still no update from uscis or congressman's office
