did you get an rfe? im on my first inquiry after 93 days with no response and was told to put in another inquiry next week smh

no I didn’t receive any RFE..was told to wait 30 days and if after the 30 days they don’t get back to me I should call back..

@tracy oh ok yea i got told the same thing its crazy how worried people like us half to wait almost a whole month just to hear what is going on with our case

30 days timeline is just a gimmick. USCIS responds when they feel like responding. I did theee case inquiries and never heard back.
