IJ terminated my removal proceedings based on my approved VAWA on November 19, 2021. 3 months later I applied for an emergency advance parole, they said Im still in removal in uscis system and denied.
how long does it normally take for USCIS to update my removal status in their system? it's been more than 3 months since immigration judge terminated my removal proceedings, but in USCIS system Im still in removal proceedings, that's why I cannot get an emergency advance parole. is there anyone who has experienced this kind of situation?
No Receipt Yet after USCIS Cashed My Check
I sent form I-485 and form I-130 & I-130A (concurrent filing) to Chicago lockbox using FedEx. On Feb. 17th, FedEx showed my package was delivered and on Feb. 23rd, I checked my bank account on the app, it says USCIS cashed my check, but I was unable to view the check since somone said sometimes we can see the receipt number from the back of the cashed check. so far, I still didn’t receive any SMS messages from USCIS and I also submitted for G-1145 for the e- notifications. Anybody got any idea? how long does it take for us to get a receipt number? #receiptnumber

hello everyone! my OPT is expiring soon on May 2022 and still waiting to get EAD/GC approval. I am thinking to expedite my case based on my OPT expire date . do u guys think if it will be my safe move to do so ? or if I do so, there is a chance of deny? I m u fee EB3.
