maybe try chatting with a live agent through Emma to get an update or ask if there's away to make it go faster, alot of people seem to get responses after doing that even if the agent says there's nothing

I tried Emma before but can’t get through to a live agent I don’t know why

when you open Emma, just say live agent, then choose a topic and provide your receipt number and they'll connect you

I just got through to a live agent via EMMA but they say they can’t give me any update on my case I have to write to my service center. I’m assuming maybe it’s because of the type of case. idk, I’m not going to write as your mail never get answered so it’s just a waiting game for me

You can’t get VAWA help from a Live Agent or Emma it’s a confidential 🤐 case and can’t be disclosed just any kind of way. i think you have to write to VErmont for any info needed with your signature. And if you’re July 30th filer you’re still good because Work permit is 8-12months and I-360 is 2-3 years so you’re still good 👍🏾 and did you receive PF?

And if I may ask what’s your RFE on?

@shari that’s good. i haven’t received no PF and my case has been in since 02/23/2021, but got my Work Permit 3 months after and a RFE about background check too. we all hoping for the best y’all 💪🏾🙏🏾
