Mandamus suit
Is it possible to file a mandamus suit to obtain expedited EAD processing? Still within “normal” timelines provided by USCIS, but currently out of my job since my work authorization expired and USCIS just denied my request for expedited processing.

have you exhaust any other option like asking help from ur local congressman and ombudsman ?

Dont do it! First you would need a lawyer that would cost you a considerable amount. You need to understand that a Mandamus writ means you are going to sue the department os state! Also, if your case is within the timeframe it will be rejected immediately. Another bad scenario is if you actually do get to trial with the DOS and your lawyer will ask for an even larger retainer. unless you have exhausted all alternatives, dont do this. this is my personal opinion and not a professional one.
