you have to submit ur terminated letter to USCIS. have you done that ?

yeah I sent that termination letter with i-131 and i-765 to Vermont Service Center and it was received on January 24, 2022

bro u suppose to submit you termination letter to usics field office close to you not services centre . you have made a mistake now u will have to wait for Vermont to send it to you field office on your behalf.

Before submitting to the vermont service center, I made an infopass appointment to the nearest field office for an emergency advance parole and I brought the termination letter with me and gave to the officer. However, the officer checked it out and said you are still in removal in our system so that's why we cannot issue an advance parole here, you have to submit it to the service center.

bros why must you travel ? ur name need to be deleted from uscis proceedings list . I will advice u to get your green card before u can travel . advance parole is a gamble . they may not let you come back to the US

its a medical emergency, my dad got in hospital and there is chance that I might not see him again if I go back late. Otherwise, I wouldn't care how long it takes them to process my case
