how long after getting that letter was your interview at least scheduled? or did you received an RFE to send the medical in??

I received deficiency notice 8/2021.
interview scheduled 12/2021

I got mine a notice about i-693 deficiency notice Dec 30, 2021 but still no schedule for interview but on February 23 they approved my EAD and AP a combo card.

PD. 10/18/2021. concurrent fliling deficiency notice. 2/22/2022. interview schedule 2/23/2022. interview date received 2/28/2022.
