any September 2021 filers from texas got approved recently ? I got my i130 actively reviewed after 5 months of no movement. kinda losing hope now seeing people wait for months and years of actively reviewing.

i swear this app is so addicting i cannot leave it alone this like my 100 time coming back to it from deleting it 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

can I send additional proof of marriage for i751

I submitted my I 751 with proof of marriage I think is not enough. It has been more than a year and 8 months since I filed. can I send additional proof of marriage to the address on I 751 even though USCIS did not ask for it yet?

just received notification on Lawfully app that my case status is changed to actively being reviewed. I checked on the USCIS website, it says as of March 2, 2022, we are actively reviewing your case. it's not even March 2nd yet 😂. today is March 1st.

so I am confused with the difference between I-130 & I-485. I-485 I know is adjustment of status… what’s I-130?? do the two have to get approved together??? does I-130 give you a gc??

Hi! is anyone experiencing an extremely long processing time for their I-140 in the Texas Service Center. My case was filed on October 2020 it has been approx. 15 months. I have spoken with USCIS a few times but they tell me its processing. Anyone on the same boat???

I'm 3 weeks after interview. I didn't get approved on spot, because they didn't get my medicals. I sent them copy of it. I'm not sure if they accept this or I suppose to do medicals again? anybody have that experience before? Another question is about my status. I'm currently on F1 student visa, my husband is green card holder. I got my Combo Card and Social 3 months ago. Should I suppose to still keep my status?
