Case Processing
my case status changed yesterday!!!
as you know I filed my i751 ROC (waiver) in Feb 2019. since I looking for my case status it shows As of May 10 2019 you case is ready to schedule an interview. till I check it last time status was showing same.... but last night I received an email from uscis that we taken action on your case. Sign in to your account to view it.
I sign in then I noticed that now it starts showing As of March 1 2022 your case is ready to schedule an interview.
what is it meaning?
also I filed my N400 in Feb 2022. but status is same as it is.
please share your experience.
New Card is being Produced
Finally after I expedited and got Denied two weeks ago. I expedited through my congressman and got denied, expedited myself and got denied , through my lawyer and got denied and my lawyer said it will make my case tighten the more . But God answered me in a way that no man will take the glory. Pls guy hang in there your own time has come and it is now. I had a job offer that I have been praying to God that I don’t want to lose it though I lost one but I still have one left . it may seems as though prayers are not answered but it’s a lie is being delayed so that all the glory will be to him and him alone. thank you guys for your encouragements.

Individual Case Processing Estimate Now on USCIS Website?
I was wondering if anybody else has seen on the uscis immigration website, when you log into your account to click on the dropdown menu to view your Status, Documents, Case History for your I-130, the new tab for the estimated processing time. I have the tab and it has a prompt to display the processing time, but it doesn't indicate a time period. New feature. Maybe it'll update soon.
