Can anyone share their experience with Tier 2 officers?
After a lot of nagging, I was finally scheduled for a callback from an officer. According to your experience—how long does it take before a callback and what should I expect during the call?

We’ve been waiting for tier 2 call since January 24th. On Feb 14, they said they were gonna call within 2 days, we haven’t received any call until now. Maybe it hasn’t been 2 days yet from Feb 14 🤦🏾♀️ sadly.

I’m so sorry to hear that! That confirms my suspicions because I’ve heard that tier 2s take a long time :/

a question that is not urgent - within 30 calendar days
a technical issue like a password reset - within 2-3 business day

They would know based on the reason you explained to them before they setup the T2 agent call
