Hi everyone! i talked to an agent through the phone on friday and she said the last update on my case is on February 6th that my case is eligible for interview. what does it mean? I don’t need rfe and will be scheduled soon, or? i can’t wait to have an interview date.

guys my husband moved to another location and on the Uscis page we changed it to the new address, si through his email he received the notification from Potomac Office but as far as we knew our case was in Texas as per our last notification...
Does it mean that our case in now in Potomac or it just because of it was the center that could answer yo us at that moment?

How do you know if USCIS reject your application?? I filed by mail and I got a receipt number and I also checked my online account and it says case was received and a receipt notice was sent. If you get a receipt number does that mean your application was accepted? I’m asking this question because I didn’t pay the citizenship fees I send a proof of military service so I can be exempt from paying the fees and I got a receipt number and a notice say case was received and we sent a receipt notice that shows how we will process your case, so that means my case was accepted without paying the fees?
where did I go wrong
guys I’m freaking out it’s been almost 8months after my biometric, and my case has been ready to be scheduled for an interview but still nothing I check weekly.

Just had GC marriage interview
Guys we had our GC marriage base interview at 9:30 am. Officer was smooth, kind and nice. He only asked our additional documents,how did we meet and took out pictures.
And he said if i need any additional doc i will ask you to e-mail but at the moment i don’t think i will need it.
At the end of our conversation he said ok guys all set and he gaves us a paper to sign it. He didn’t mention interview apporoved…
Our case is being held for review…
Do you have any idea guys how long does it takes??? i am dying and so stressed! :(
i485 Request for initial evidence
so I received an update from uscis requesting me to submit the tax return, proof Nationality and the form i864 for my second joint sponsor again. I have all the documents I need ready but I am confused about one thing. When I first filled out the form i864 for my second joint sponsor, at that time they weren’t sponsoring another immigrant yet but now they are. Do I need to fill it out like I originally did or should I fill it out with the latest changes? #uscis #i485
Filed Expedite Request, Do We Have a Chance?
Our 130 has been processing since mid-October. We filed from Russia, my wife's home country, for consular processing. With the war, sanctions, airspace being closed to Russia and vice versa, and the US Embassy now urging US citizens (such as myself and our 1 year old daughter) to leave Russia, we filed an expedite request. Do we have a chance?

Today I chatted live with a USCIS representative on the status of my green card EAD application. This is what she said:
“Case is in line for a decision."
What does this mean? Can someone explain?
I applied for AOS in the EB1C category. Texas Service Centre. RD: July 13, 2021. Concurrent filing of I-140, I-485, I-765, and I-131.

when USCIS sents email. do they give an email to send additional information or you just reply back.
my email does no specify how to submit but says I have 14 days to provide evidence and the office field name and address. it is smart to send additional information by mail and reply also to the email? please 🥺
