ok my question is since rfe received how long did it take them to schedule your interview?and its crazy how we have to wait 3 + 4 months to find out what is going on with our cases smh

it took 11.5 months from applying to get an interview. applied Dec 18 2020 and interview was scheduled in Nov 2021 for Dec 2021.

we did our AOS Interview at Orlando FO. March 2021 . after interview we got a RFE.

September 2021 RFE response submitted accordingly. until now nothing from USCIS. my case is outside normal processing time

it’s really worrying for sure. My interview was completed in Dec 2021, i-130 approved and an RFE received for I-693, despite me filing with all other forms in Dec 2020. new medical submitted Jan 18 2022 and still nothing.

my RFE response was in July 2021. not update from FO Orlando. sept 2021 submitted again and nothing. December 2021 my lawyer sent a letter asking about my response and nothing

RFE was just summit corrected dead certificate. in order to make a decision .

she was very rude with bad actitud behavior

we had a lovely interview. I have to admit, I was surprised and asked her to repeat when she said we were approved!

that was not my case. there's was a little confrontation between the officer and my lawyer. because the way she was conducting the Interview and questions. 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️.

but at the end everything was fine.

Hi Guys, i'm in the same boat. Orlando Office, RFE for medical. even my lawyer stating that my Medical was still valid. It was my second interview. I know the name of the officer who interviewed me but I don't want to put it here. Her name is Hispanic. My RFE arrived at the Orlando field office last Friday. I hope I don't go through all this waiting like you.

probably that lady officer was the same rude person that interviewed me and my wife.

Right side. she was rude on begin, but tried to be friendly in the end, without success. Short hair, is the same lady?

very very bad actitud officer. she did not introduce herself

that was when our lawyer got a confrontation with her

hello everyone. any update About your case pending?

hi, morning. I was requested to complete 2 additional forms. sent these in and now await again for more information. additional forms were due to my current situation being military and being assigned to the USA. So a fairly unusual circumstance.

1 year + after interview. 10 months after RFE response

they are not doing appointment at the field office

sorry to hear this still isn’t resolved.

they just stayed that my case is pending for background check
