Looking for Immigration Attorney Recommendations in Florida
Hi everyone,
I’m wondering if you have any attorney recommendations for a family-based green card application in Florida. I’m particularly interested in working with Attorney Saman Gonzalez because I’ve heard great things about her and believe her firm is one of the best. However, I’m not sure about her fees or whether she offers a payment plan.
If anyone has experience with her or other trusted immigration attorneys, I’d really appreciate your suggestions!

After I got an interview date for my N400 on Feb 12th 2025 for March 20th 2025 and the appointment was cancelled 7day before my interview and is been 9months I haven’t been rescheduled yet.

Before we got the interview letter uscis didn’t ask for RFE currently we’re not living together because we are saving as much as we can to buy a house instead of just renting. and also I have a Pre-Approved. we have Joint account including saving, Car insurance and Life insurance, Phone Bills together, Joint Taxes. do we need to bring letters of close Family/friend even though they didn’t ask for it. Also, I’m his affidavit. we been married for 10 months and 4 year’s together.

Hey Guys! This post is for anyone doing consulate processing at the Georgetown embassy in Guyana. I just wanted to provide an update for those who may be wondering how long it takes to receive the interview letter and appointment at the embassy in Guyana after getting DQ status from NVC.
June 11th, 2025: NVC DQ status.
June 23rd, 2025: Received appointment email from the NVC.
August 18th, 2025: appointment at the U.S embassy in Georgetown.
It took about 11 calendar days to receive the appointment email and about 56 days from the date of receiving the email to the actual interview. I hope this gives hope and a sense of how long things take at the Guyana embassy.
non local field office
my PD is 01/05/2023 and i am seeing people with PDs after mine getting approved lately. i know it doesn’t go according to date but just being super hopeful its my turn soon. my case was was transferred to non-local field office (portland maine) on june 10th and last reviewed June 13th. after how long of moving to field office does case get approved?
