what this means ? please help me
u have been found incligible for an immigrant visa under Section 221(g) of the Immigration a ationality Act. Today's decision cannot be appealed. Please be advised that for U.S. visa purpos including ESTA (see ESTA website), this decision constitutes a denial of a visa.
Effective January 21, 2026, the Department of State is pausing immigrant visa issuances to nationals of 75 countries, including Liberia, whose immigrants have a high rate of collecting public assistance

@MWVawa2023 D This is an administrative processing cube. final decision is not yet granted until the banned is lifted from liberia who is amongst the banned countries. Be more patience and keep the faith stronger....
