Hello everyone I have a question for the ones that have received RFE or the message “We have take action on your case”
We filed the I-130 on February 6th 2024, my case is Actively Reviewing since February 12th 2024, since that date we haven’t received any update, what is the next step? RFE? Interview? How is been your journey? We are also preparing a second file with the evidence of this last year, do you recommend to send unsolicited evidence?

This community was helpful to navigate where your case is heading to. Thank you!
maybe my story will help to tranquillize someone’s mindset. N400 interview was scheduled in 60 days since submission in Washington, DC. It’s time to gird my loins and study for the exam.
Wishing you guys all the best in your journey.
