@dip see my case never transferred to FO, it was approved from NBC. Hope it helps

Was your medical valid or did you receive any second RFE for medical?

@Abhi Gau I did not submit medical along with 485 back in Dec 2022. i got RFE in Dec 2023 and submitted in Jan 2024. Because my medicals were post 1 Nov 2023, there was no expiry. Hope this helps!

@A G Congratulations again. When you say LIN is it for I-140 receipt or I-485 receipt? Mine is also EB1 C, India, PD Sep2022. My I-140 receipt is LIN and I-485 receipt is MSC; no update yet.
