i751 pending since 2023 - Texas service center
Hi all,
I’m from one the partial ban countries - I have i751 divorce waiver case pending since April 2023 when it was filed . Anyone else rom a partial ban country and had their case adjudicated recently within the US? , pls let me know . I’m so tired of waiting , I’m not sure what’s going on at this point . I need positive stories right now to motivate me .

you are not alone, pending since feb 2025 still waiting waiver tsc same still nothing at the moment.. you should file a request out of normal processing time you’ll hear within them under 120 days

@God is Good Everything is frozen for the banned countries. Don’t expect any movement till that ban is lifted

pending since November 2023. no news, nothing. I'm dying

same from partial banned country, August 2023, with joint filing, 31 months now. Have been talking to my attorney consistently, nothing will move until the ban is lifted, so just only praying for things get better

same situation here, Been waiting since 06/2023. i did online inquiry and they send me this:
Your case is currently delayed because the required security checks are still pending
. We cannot make a decision on your case until we receive the results of these security checks.

probably FBI clearance! have no clue. and my lawyer said the I751 waiver nowdays takes 3-4 years! hang in there:)
