they will process your i485 to end but highly unlikely to get final approval. expect biometrics and updates

For anyone reading this later, they are not approving I-140. This is confirmed by law firm that helped me file my application and also from personal experience where I am now more than 60 business days (excluding federal holiday) for premium processing with my application still on hold
