Hello, when I submitted my petition, I didn't apply for my travel permit in my package (combocard). I've been in this process for 3 years now, I already have my permit and social security card, can I apply now for my travel permit?

we are en the same boat I have my combo too I had 39 Month waiting I will apply for AP too everything is complicate now my lawyer do not suggest travel either but I have some medical condition that I need to go to

My lawyer doesn't want me to apply for the permit; I'm from Colombia. Could that be one of the reasons, or what do you think?

@Kat R not is not the reason, it’s because in general now travel to outside the country is a risk. maybe nothing happen but is a risk. I traveled in 2024 one time, and now i’m scared bc my lawyer say everything is complicate and risky 🫠
