yes They don’t want electronic signatures, it has to be signed boldly with pen. any documents you’re submitting to USCIS need to be signed in person or they will deny it

That’s now a 'yes,' but I applied in 2021 after COVID, when electronic submissions were acceptable. It was so confusing, but I filed my appeal. Let’s see what happens. My faith in God is everything to me, and I have a strong feeling that everything will be alright.
