More evidence need
Just learned Friday, as my immigration lawyer is out of town, that they need proof of my divorce
I have my final judgment of dissolution of marriage files uploaded.
How could they have missed it?
Do I uploaded again with cover sheets?

visa bulletin
hello
I have questions please. I don't understand the visa bulletin reading displayed on the app.
There's the final action date which says Jan 01 2022 and the date for filling which says Oct 15 2024.
what does this means? what is the difference? I am F2A with pd Feb 2023. how can I read the visa bulletin in accordance with my file.
thank you

b1b2 visitor visa complications, unknown reasons #visitorvisa #guidance
Hi,
I have been travelling to USA since childhood with family. it can be said we travel a lot. traveled so many countries in the past. So the time since I got F1 student visa on a pathway program which later on I got to know it’s only a one semester program so I had to go back to my country as I couldn’t able to get the progression cuz of weird policy of that program, highly differed from the regular university regulation. Like always, we again applied for visitor visa after the previous one got expired ( note: I had two visas at the same time valid I.e., b1b2 and F1. I tried asking many ppl even the immigration ppl too about my travelling on f1 visa, everyone gave me different answers. anyways, when we event for visitor visa interview, VO asked me for my transcript which of course I didn’t bring at that time nor I collected it from university as it was under petition of grade adjustment. my visa got under administrative process and due to delay of transcript they returned my passport. now even that I have it, they don’t give me b1b2 visa. My transcript has nothing to do with. visitor visa especially when I now I have it with me and no pending documents are left! still they don’t issue me the visa! I was the one who was at disadvantage that I had to come back to my home country after paying so much… I didn’t go to US to jus have one semester and return back.. no one does such stupid thing. it was sucha disastrous news for me to know that if I didn’t qualify for another semester I have to go back! it was sort of hiding information from the pathways program and many student suffered from it… So now I have to face these consequences up till now or I don’t knw what exactly is the reason behind these rejections..
Been so many years I haven’t seen my sisters and my dear nieces and nephews whom I have spent so much time, helped them raise and so many beautiful memories with them. always fulfilled the visa laws and never over stayed… I want it be taken to humanitarian grounds and get it resolved. the wait is beyond my capacity now..
I shall be very grateful to you all if I get the clue and right guidance and right person to take my case…
Thank you so much!###
No Need to Stress About the Travel Ban
A lot of people are stressing over Trump’s possible travel ban, but there’s no need to. Last time, family visas like (IR) visas weren’t affected, and this one seems pretty similar.
At most, he might add extra security checks, which could slow things down a bit, but it won’t block visas entirely. Just wait for official info instead of assuming the worst!
