H1B apply AP EAD or not?

if you have a H1B visa that’s valid for 2-3 years, and you want to leave the country and re-enter with I-485 still pending, should you apply for AP EAD before leaving the country?

Looking for advise

I currently hold an H-1B visa and plan to apply for adjustment of status. Since I do not need an EAD or advance parole, would applying for these documents for myself or my family help expedite the I-485 process in any way, even indirectly?

I applied for EB2 NIW on October 23, 2024. My application has not progressed yet. waiting for 211 days. How many days do I have to wait for a status update? Should I go through the premium process or wait a few more days? How much will PP cost? How many days will I have to wait to get the results if I take PP? If my case is approved, how many months will I have to wait to enter the United States? Waiting for expert opinion.

I am sooooo happy. case approved. I entered USA as a visitor on Jan 1, 2023. EB2-NIW approved in 5days through premium processing. PD June 13, 2023. Prepared case myself! Used 3 months to research and draft my case. Background in Financial crimes compliance. Lawyer from Africa. Enrolled in a school to read LLM. Graduation ceremony was yesterday. AOS submitted on October 2 2024, EAD on Oct 15th. Family joined me on B2 visas in September 2024 for graduation in December 2024. Convocation postponed to May 2025. Wife and 3kids submitted AOS in January, 2025. Wife received 5yrs EAD in February + SSN. Cases approved. 10 years GreenCarded! on June 5, 2025. I’m sooooooo grateful!

March 4th Texas sc here!!, yesterday my husband received an email notification for our 2nd AR, but guess what, today we looked at the documents tab and there was an approved pdf as well with yesterday’s date!! I can’t believe it!! God’s perfect timing 🤲🏼 thank you 🥲 I don’t know when the website is gonna be updated to approved status, but I’m very happy to have my pdf approval with me. I really appreciate all support message we received 💕

Hello, I have a few questions hopefully someone would be able to answer it, 1.to send 485 and 765 should I send it to Vermont or Nebraska 2.i’m sending two of my children’s form with mine, should I add them with mine or in a separate envelope 3.what envelope would you recommend(just a regular brown own?) Thanks!

Any VAWA applicants in the same situation? I have an approved VAWA - i360 since June 2024. 485 PD is April 2022. I have sent the Request of Evidence, Medical Form a year ago and nothing happened!!
