Received interview notice for I-485 application.
I just received an interview notice for my I-485 application (scheduled for December 18).
I’m nervous and scared at the same time.
I had my I-130 interview last year on October 10, and it was approved on the spot after 3 years of filing and waiting.
In March 2025, I received an RFE for my I-485 and responded 1 month later, in April, but I never heard back from them.
I just received a letter in the mail from USCIS today stating:

has anyone received request for additional evidence to prove that you lived with your spouse and more evidence about the abuse? we lived in separate states but after we got married she decided not to file and took the money from our account plus I don’t have anything to show I was living there except for bank statements, lawyer told me to do a psych evaluation and get letters. can someone help?

i751 - how long does it take to receive the case number of the condition removal for 10-year green card?
my attorney recently submitted the case for me to remove the condition and to obtain 10-year green card.
When I logged into my uscis account I still don’t see my case, how long does it take to see the case appeal under your account and receive the case number?
