Mine was received by them in Ohio on June 22nd, and I don't have any system updates either. I've seen people whose packages were received in May who also haven't had any updates.

Since it was just a medical exam, I didn't send it to them because it doesn't make sense for them to receive an envelope that they can't open, then they sent a form to our email to put along or envelope of the medical exam and we sent it straight to USCIS.

Same for me here, I got rfe just for medical and everything was already ready they’re taking forever I dont know why its taking so long just to mail them out again. Should have sent straight to USCIS instead

The truth is that you read the letter from USCIS you will see everything you need to send it straight to them, being clear if the request is only the medical examination.

They are taking longer to send it now because the responses from the offices are taking longer. I sent it to them and the next day they sent it to the office. They received it on May 26th, and so far, I haven't received any updates from the USCIS office yet, only that the RFE (Request for Evidence) was sent.

i sent the other RFE through them as i needed employer letter but medical RFE was sent directly to uscis coz it did not make sense to delay it.

@Samir ojha mine’s been there for 2 weeks already, did they send yours out yet? I kept messaging them asking about it and they said its been waiting for attorney final review. I’m so frustrated

@Samir ojha I’m planning to tell them if they can’t send it this week please send it back to me and I will take care of it myself. the RFE is only sealed medica they can’t open it anyways what’s taking them 2-3 weeks just to put in another envelope and mail them out

@Samir ojha about a month on their end. I would say to anyone to post their part soon coz i took my own sweet time thinking I had time and then employer took time sending letter and then fedex took five days to deliver package as uscis office was closed with many failed attempts of dekivery and I was losing my mind. so keep at least a month in hand.
