hi, if gc holder spouse sponsored for spouse (f1) within US for i130 at the beginning of 2025, should you wait until i130 approval or can apply for i765,i485 concurrently?

6 weeks post interview only I-130 approved

I-485 after 6 weeks from interview I-130 was approved two weeks after interview Oakland park field office , honestly over it and just waiting for a update but wanted to know if anyone had similar situation or had interview at same office

Hello Guys, Any predictions on Date of Filing for November? Should I expect to be able to file atleast in the next couple of months? My PD is April 5th 2022. I just want to be able to file so that I do not need to maintain my F1 as it’s getting very expensive.

if my usics online account number accidentally got link to someone else profile, will it prevent usics from accessing my application and stop my case from being processed?

my online account automatically changed to my daughter information after i submitted her n600

good day am wondering if this ever happened to anyone, are is it going to become a issue, I just recently got naturalized and become a u.s citizen, I went on my uscis online account and file on n600 application for my daughter so she can receive her certificate of naturalization, right after I submitted the application, my online account profile changed to my daughter information.. everything about my online account now reflects my daughter, but I can still see my old cases, will that case a issue?
