still waiting 😕😕 i130 is at a different location from my i1485 and the office told me after the interview he can’t approve it without the i130 being approved.
Interview were basic questions. He didn’t asked my husband anything in the interview. Everything was about me.

I just checked USCIS Website today and it is showing I-130 is waiting for decision of 4 months left. I-485 is 11 months left. Anyone was having this and how long did you receive a Decision Notice? thank you.

The Wait 😔
This is really exhausting, last November I got second actively reviewing, work permit submitted January and got my renewal in 10days, medical already expired, no RFE, no answers from congress rep, countless inquiries. No criminal history, paying taxes, 4th marriage anniversary coming up and it’s not fake. I’ve only stated all this because I know persons might have questions and not everyone has money for a Mandamus 😔I’m really disappointed in how I’ve seen this process going. People getting approved in months, weeks and if they don’t have everything needed they send them a RFE. So what is the going on😢God I’m crying out for your help 🙌🏽

Hello all, need some advise.
We are under EB1C, ROW.
On Sep 30th we field concurrent for our I140 and I485.
Biometrics were done on Oct 23rd, EAD was received right after and I140 was approved 2 month ago.
No movement on tracking regarding the I485 or confirming that the biometrics were done.
Any thoughts?

Still waiting to get receipt of notice for my work permit. I submitted it Feb 25 and it was delivered Feb 27th. Has this happened to anyone? I sent an email to them and I haven’t received a response yet.

NVC Welcome letter updated
This is just an update and an advice!
I got my NVC letter though mail today, with the date of the April 1. So one day after they sent me an email saying my case was sent to the department of the state. Literally only took one day to be processed to de NVC lol I did not receive any email from the NVC before the mail today, I don’t know why.
So keep it checking your emails but also check your mail frequently!
