Guys I am in Starbucks parking lot, just got home from work and decide to log on again. The message is saying actively reviewing but when I check the document tab the approval notice was there. I’m screaming you just can’t hear lol. Thank God. I didn’t check the document tab for the I-485 so I’ll just wait on my husband to do so. It has yesterday’s date on it.

So my lawyers filed for my wife PIP in April received a denial notice and its says on there Parent of a military person, she is my spouse can this be the reason it was denied. Did my lawyer file this incorrectly or is that term parent used in general... concerned disappointed stressed and Now what?
Interview date within 30 days of filing
I just had done my fingerprints in 15th may 2025 and i got scheduled for an interview in 16th may 2025. My case is currently being processed at dallas office and i dont know if this is normal to get processed so soon. Plus my EAD hasnt been approved till yet.

# waiting & feeling nervous
hey everyone I just want to know how many days it will take generally to get the decision after I-485 interview mine was on 15th may25.. after interview the officer said nothing is outstanding at the moment if we need something we will let u know & handed me a paper & it’s already updated in this app that “ case is being actively reviewed by uscis” … what’s next…
Finally after 281 days my EAD was approved. I am so excited.. Glory be to God!!!! Wishing anyone else waiting to keep holding on, you're almost there!!!!!

help guys I fill out my Ds-260 form for immigrant Visa, and I submitted it with the required documents needed,since 13th of last month, please how long will it take me to get an interview date,from nvc, it keeps showing my that I need to submit my documents, while when I logged in everything is already submitted

Hey Guys! I'd like for anyone to share how long it took to receive the NVC welcome letter once their case status updated to "sent to Department of State". I'm not finding much info on this via internet searches and thought I'd gain insight if people share their timelines/experiences. Also, after receiving the welcome letter, how long did it take to get DQ status?
