Case Processing
my marriage fiance K1 visa journey. Mine took 2 years extra due to COVID delay. Other than that, all ok and my advice is to hire a good attorney. I know it’s expensive, but it’s peace of mind.

I-485
I have already completed my interview. Afterward, I received my first request for evidence and submitted the additional documents. I then receive a second RFE for the I 693 medical form which USCIS receive on November 18. however, I have not received any update since then. How many weeks should I expect to wait before receiving a decision for further update?
AOS for spouse
My EB1 has been approved and I've filed for AOS. My AOS is pending approval and I'm 3 months in. I heard it takes like 6 months to get approved.
While my AOS is pending approval, can I legally marry my finacee now and file I-485 for her as my spouse, so we can both get our green card together?
Will they think it's marriage fraud? will they deny my application? I just have a lot of concern. Has anyone file while pending AOS?
Edit: Also, my finacee is a dependent of a pending asylum application. So technically she does not have a lawful status but has protected stay. Will her status impact the AOS?
Please I need urgent answer🙏🏾

E-Request Response
My EAD has been waiting for a 12-month application.
We regret the time it is taking to process your application. USCIS records show that the processing of this case has been delayed because the required USCIS review is still in process. Until the required review is completed, this agency cannot move forward on this case.
Please understand that the review is part of the process for adjudicating cases of a similar nature. While an exact date for completion of the review is not known at this time, USCIS will make every effort to make a decision on your case as soon as the review is completed.
We appreciate your continued patience and understanding.
DQ Related Question
I am an EB-3 applicant with a priority date of September 21, 2023, and my I-140 petition has already been approved. However, in December I was falsely accused in a human-trafficking case.
A cricket team invited me to Malaysia to play for them, and I accepted their invitation. During the trip, the team appointed me as the manager because I was a senior player, and they asked me to sign an undertaking stating that all players would return to Bangladesh after the match. Unfortunately, several players did not return. Because of this, the Bangladesh immigration authorities filed a human-trafficking case against me as the person who signed the undertaking.
I am currently attending court hearings regularly. The charge sheet clearly states that I traveled as a player and that I was forced to sign the undertaking. The investigation report also confirms these facts and shows that I had no involvement in any trafficking activity.
My I-140 was approved on December 4, 2025, but the criminal case is still pending in court. My lawyer and I are confident that I will eventually be cleared of all false allegations.
My question is:
Since the case is still pending, what should I do regarding my U.S. immigration process? I can obtain a police clearance certificate with permission from the honorable court. Should I submit all required documents now for DQ, or should I wait until the court case is fully resolved?
Thanks in advance 🙏
