Approved within 3 months with I-601
Sharing my timeline to give some hope. Applied for an adjustment of status for my parent who came into the U.S on a legal visa. We also hired a lawyer for a I-160 waiver as my parents opposes vaccines due to religious reasons. We had to reschedule the biometrics as we missed it but it was super fast. Today we got the notice that it was approved. We didn’t need an interview at all. Super stoked for the fast timeline and smooth experience. It’s been less than 3 months.

That was very smooth and fast process congratulations I applied for my mom last year this month and still haven’t received any updates. If I may ask where are you from?
