i couldve filed since 3 years ago n400 but i was waiting for i751 to be approved first. we have been married since 2020

Oh wow, they are taking forever to make a decision. Sorry to hear that. N400 is the best option for you in your current situation. N400 process goes faster than i751. They will push your case for approval. I don't know your full immigration history, but waiting for the I-751 to be approved first wasn’t a good decision. I filed my I-751 last year on July 31st, and I'm filing my N-400 this July 31st. Good luck for both of us 🫶

same field office, I had my interview at the beginning of January, not responses yet.. do not even know what to do at this point

@char lie i’ve called uscis they just say the same “ case is under review u should receive a decision soon” I haven’t tried congressman
