Ya envié los summons y los paquetes correspondientes para servicio a los demandados y al Gobierno de los Estados Unidos, conforme al procedimiento requerido. Ahora queda esperar el avance del proceso legal con fe y paciencia. Yesterday, I officially filed my mandamus lawsuit with the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. I have already sent the summonses and the corresponding service packets for service on the defendants and the United States Government, in accordance with the required procedure. Now I will wait for the legal process to move forward with faith and patience.

@Oliver Farm Yes, I got the summons from the court the same day I filed. I sent out 12 service packages total because each defendant/government office had to be served properly according to the federal rules.

@Marvin Mejia can you tell me the defendants you served? I’m also submitting to the same court

I served the defendants listed in my complaint, including USCIS, the USCIS Director, DHS, the DHS Secretary, the Attorney General, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas. I sent 12 packages total to make sure service was done properly under the federal rules.
